These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Gastronomy Project website and services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
The Gastronomy Project creates the products and runs the storefront and support. We are not a medical provider, prescriber, or pharmacy, and we do not practice medicine or make prescribing decisions. Your intake is reviewed and prescribed by U.S.-licensed doctors through MD Integrations, an independent telehealth physician network. Your medication is compounded and shipped by Curexa East, a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy.
You must be at least 18 years old and located in a U.S. state we serve. We ship to all 50 states, and your eligibility is confirmed during the medical intake before anything is prescribed.
Completing a medical intake does not guarantee a prescription. A prescription is issued only if a U.S.-licensed doctor determines a product is appropriate for you. If you are not approved, you are not charged for medication.
The one-time $29 doctor review fee is charged per order and is good for a full year of refills on that order. It is refunded if a doctor does not approve your request. Product charges apply only if a product is prescribed. Prices are shown on each product page and on our pricing page.
Subscription plans renew and ship on the cadence you choose. You can pause or cancel at any time with no fees. Shipping is free to all 50 states.
For safety reasons, prescription medications generally cannot be returned once shipped. See our Shipping and Returns page for details. Ginger+ Mastic, our dietary supplement sold on our sister store, carries a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Compounded medications are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. They are prepared by a licensed pharmacy to fill a doctor's prescription. See our Pharmacy Disclosure.
Content on this site is for general information and is not medical advice. Always talk to your doctor about your health and any medication.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Gastronomy Project is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate.
