How it works

From plan to doorstep

Getting a doctor-reviewed, compounded GI capsule should be simple. You choose a plan, a U.S.-licensed doctor reviews your intake, and if it is right for you it is compounded and shipped to your door for free. Here is exactly how it works.

The process

Three steps to your door

No clinic visit and no waiting room. Most intakes are reviewed by a licensed U.S. doctor within 24 hours, and approved orders ship within days.

1

Choose your plan

Pick your product, capsule count, and cadence, one-time or subscribe and save. You only pay the one-time doctor review today. Nothing is charged for medication yet.

2

A doctor reviews your intake

A U.S.-licensed doctor reviews your medical intake, usually within 24 hours, for a one-time $29 fee. If it is right for you, your prescription is approved and sent to the pharmacy. If you are not approved, the $29 is refunded.

3

Compounded and shipped free

Your capsule is compounded at a licensed U.S. pharmacy and shipped to your door at no extra cost. Refills arrive on your schedule, and you can cancel anytime.

And after that: manage your plan, refills, and shipping anytime from your patient portal.

The $29 review

One honest fee, and what it covers

The only thing you pay today is the doctor review. Medication is billed separately, and only if a doctor prescribes it.

One review per order

The $29 fee covers a doctor's review of your entire order and is good for a full year of refills. It is the only charge today.

Refunded if you are not approved

If a doctor decides this is not right for you, you are not charged for medication and your $29 review fee is refunded.

Free shipping, cancel anytime

Shipping is always free. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time, with no fees and no commitment.

The honest part

What to know before you start

Compounded medications are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. A prescription is issued only if a U.S.-licensed doctor determines it is appropriate, and completing intake does not guarantee one. We ship to all 50 states, and your eligibility is confirmed during your intake. This page explains our process and is not medical advice.
