The Gastronomy Project ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is not medical or legal advice.

Who we are

The Gastronomy Project designs the products and runs the storefront, your plan, and support. We are not the prescriber or the pharmacy. Your intake is reviewed and prescribed by U.S.-licensed doctors through MD Integrations, and your medication is compounded and shipped by Curexa East, a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy. These partners handle your information under their own privacy and HIPAA obligations.

Information we collect

• Contact and account details, such as your name, email address, and shipping address.
• Order and payment information, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Medical intake information you provide, which is shared with the doctor network to review your request.
• Usage data, such as pages visited and device information, collected through cookies and analytics.

How we use your information

• To provide the service: create your account, route your intake to a doctor, and fulfill and ship approved orders.
• To process payments, including the one-time doctor review fee and any product charges.
• To send order updates, welcome offers, and marketing emails you can opt out of at any time.
• To improve the site, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Health information

Medical intake information is used to route your request to a U.S.-licensed doctor and, if appropriate, to a pharmacy. The doctor network and pharmacy handle protected health information under HIPAA. See our HIPAA Notice for more.

Sharing your information

We share information only as needed to run the service: with the doctor network (MD Integrations) and pharmacy (Curexa East) to review and fill your order, with payment and email providers to process payments and messages, and with service providers who support our site. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and recordkeeping requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, request access to or deletion of your personal information, and update your account details. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. To make a request, email general@thegastronomyproject.com.

Children

Our service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
