The Gastronomy Project designs products and runs the storefront. Protected health information (PHI) is handled by the U.S.-licensed doctor network (MD Integrations) and the compounding pharmacy (Curexa East) that provide your care, each under its own HIPAA obligations. This Notice summarizes how your health information is treated across your care.

Your health information is kept private. The doctor network and pharmacy are required by law to protect your protected health information, provide you this Notice, and follow the terms currently in effect.

- Treatment. To review your intake, make prescribing decisions, compound and ship your medication, and support your care.
- Payment. To process the doctor review fee and any product charges for your order.
- Operations. To run and improve the service, meet quality and legal requirements, and provide support.

Our responsibilities
Your care team is required to maintain the privacy and security of your protected health information, notify you if a breach affects your information, and follow the duties described in this Notice.
